Poltrona Frau Museum Presents the Exhibition Dinamismo come visione

7 October 2026

From October 14, 2026 to January 31, 2027, the Poltrona Frau Museum in Tolentino will host Dinamismo come visione. Poltrona Frau In Motion incontra Ivo Pannaggi, an exhibition celebrating the 40th anniversary of Poltrona Frau In Motion, the Business Unit specializing in luxury interior design for the mobility sector.

The exhibition brings together the research of Macerata-born artist Ivo Pannaggi with forty years of experience, design culture, and innovation by Poltrona Frau in the mobility sector. It is a dialogue between art and industry, materials and movement, highlighting the values that have defined Poltrona Frau In Motion since 1986: manufacturing excellence, innovation, and a commitment to comfort.

On the occasion of the exhibition, the Poltrona Frau Museum will also present the new limited-edition  Vanity Fair XC In Motion, an expression of the meeting between Poltrona Frau’s heritage and its ongoing research into mobility.

Developed in collaboration with the Centro Studi Pannaggi, the project expands on the story of the limited edition to convey the complexity of the artist’s work: not only a painter, but also an architect, graphic designer, set designer, and designer, with the ability to move freely across different disciplines. The exhibition will officially open on Tuesday, October 13, at 6:30 p.m. with a talk dedicated to Ivo Pannaggi, featuring art historians and representatives of the leading local institutions involved in preserving, studying, and promoting his work.

The panel will include Giovanni Maiolo, General Manager of Poltrona Frau In Motion; Paola Ballesi, art historian and critic and Director of Poliarte in Ancona; Giuliana Pascucci, E.Q. of the Civic Museums of Palazzo Buonaccorsi and Head of the Museum Services Department of the Municipality of Macerata; and Roberto Cresti, art historian and critic and Artistic Director of Museo Palazzo Ricci.

One of the key figures of Italian Second Futurism, Pannaggi thus becomes the lens through which to revisit the evolution of Poltrona Frau In Motion and its relationship with the local area. The exhibition traces forty years of research and innovation in luxury interiors for the automotive, rail, marine, and aviation sectors, where craftsmanship, technology, and design culture come together to redefine the travel experience.

It is possible to attend the event by registering through the dedicated form.

The exhibition will be open to the public during regular museum hours.
