It is the first residential building designed by the archistar Renzo Piano in New York, one of the most exclusive in the world and located at the western end of Soho.
Poltrona Frau signs a 17 million-dollar apartment, a turnkey apartment that offers a stunning view over the Empire State Building and the Hudson River.
Equipped with floor to ceiling glass in all rooms, a private entrance through the elevator, floors made of light wood, custom workmanship and natural tones, the house reflects Poltrona Frau’s inimitable style, the exceptional quality and the craftmanship.
Among the furnishings there are an imposing Let it Be sofa , the Archibald armchairs, the Bolero Ravel table accompanied by the Isadora chairs, a composition of Xi lamps, the Albero and Ren bookcases, the Jay Lounge armchairs, the Montera stools, the Times, Grantorino Coupé and Suzie Wong beds, Lloyd and Fidelio furnitures, the Club armchair, the Soffi lamps and many other accessories signed by Poltrona Frau.
