Ren, by Neri&Hu, was awarded at the first edition of the NYCxDESIGN Awards in the “Storage” category

NEW YORK, May 2016 - REN, the collection of complements for the home designed by Chinese architects neri&hu, was awarded at the first edition of the NYCxDESIGN Awards in the  “Storage” category.

It is a very prestigious accolade for Poltrona Frau that has just launched this new collection at Salone del Mobile, a series of five objects that are hybrid in their functions and materials.

Winners of the inaugural NYCxDESIGN Awards presented by Interior Design magazine and ICFF were announced last May14th during a ceremony that took place at MoMA.

NYCxDESIGN Awards is a global design competition celebrating outstanding achievement across major areas of design—from architecture to interiors, from furnishings to lighting, from products to collectibles, from craft to technology and unifies the more than 500 events taking place during New York City's showcase of global design.

30 categories and a jury composed by 28 members from Cindy Allen, editor in chief of Interior Design magazine, to Paola Antonelli, senior curator of architecture and design at MoMa, to architect Daniel Libeskind and other prominent celebrities of the international A&D community.
