Severini Associati + Partners was founded in the late nineties in Tolentino, in the heart of Italy, with the aim of combining and complementing a range of professional training backgrounds and experience in the fields of urban planning, architecture and project management, as well as structural and infrastructural design and planning.
This studio is characterized by the diversification and integration of skills, which has always allowed for greater "intellectual openness" in design mechanisms, guaranteeing higher quality and more contemporary methods. The studio's design approach rests on experience, on research, and on architecture that is built on the belief that there is a close and inseparable relationship between Architecture and Urban Planning, between architecture and the people who inhabit it and bring it to life. In fact, architecture that is capable of bringing order to the urban development of the city seems to be a common thread in the group's experience. Some great examples of this logic in action are: the restoration project for the Staveco area of Bologna, a strategic area close to the historic centre of the city; the project for the new directional citadel in Ancona; and the redevelopment and implementation of the Pace area in Tolentino, to name but a few. They have realised different kinds of projects for both the private market and the public sector in a relatively short period of time: business and commercial centres, health facilities, tourist villages, residential complexes and illustrious villas. The firm's collaborations include projects carried out together with the ALITALIA Group (for the new Pilots School Centre project), the LUBE Group (with the construction of its office centre), the Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Education, and the PENTHOUSE REAL ESTATE company. An especially noteworthy collaboration is the studio's work with the GIOMETTI REAL ESTATE group, a leader in film distribution, which led to the design of a new multiplex theatre concept. This concept has already been introduced in various cities (the Prato multiplex with 14 theatres, the Palacongressi di Riccione multiplex with 6 theatres, the Tolentino Multiplex with 7 theatres, etc.).
The in-depth study of aspects related to collective spaces led to a collaboration with the FRAU group, to create a new collection of seats dedicated to cinemas and auditoriums, now a part of the prestigious company's contract catalogue. Another stimulating recent collaboration was with Juventus FC Real Estate, involving a study on the redevelopment of the Continassa area in Turin, aimed at construction of the Juventus Village.
The group boasts a twenty-year history of professional collaboration with various partners, together with a new generation of professionals. Today, it is a fully fledged organisation that brings together all the skills necessary for integrated project development.
