Pelle Frau® Safari

Strong and full-bodied and at the same time with marked softness, Pelle Frau® Safari was created to upholster Archibald Gran Comfort, designing very wide folds and curves. An exceptionally solid and strong full-grain leather, selected from hides with a fuller structure of Scandinavian cattle. The aniline dye is accompanied by a soft and very long tumbling phase.
This special procedure enhances the extremely evident, deep, three-dimensional and irregular grain. Full grain and full aniline, full thickness, Pelle Frau® Safari maintains all the visible characteristics of naturalness on the surface. Its soft hand and warm feel, characterize it and distinguish it for its niceness. The result is a magnetic sensory experience, evocative of wild and powerful landscapes like those of Africa. Imperceptible differences and imperfections remain intact making each upholstery unique. Now available also as an upholstery of the Massimosistema model.

Care and Maintenance

• Avoid soaking the surface with liquids. Cleaning may help limit the damage but cannot completely remove it. Remove the stain immediately by blotting it with a soft white cotton or linen cloth, slightly dampened, then dry the surface, avoiding the use of hair dryers or direct sunlight.

 

• Dust frequently with a clean, dry, non-abrasive white cotton or linen cloth.

 

• Periodically wipe the upholstery surface with a soft cloth that is slightly damp and well wrung out, then gently massage the surface with a soft, dry cloth.

 

• Do not place the product near heat sources, natural light sources (windows), or direct artificial lighting (spotlights).

 

• Due to its unprotected aniline leather characteristics, Pelle Frau® Safari easily absorbs substances such as perspiration, grease, and dyes from fabrics that may come into contact with it.
