The essential structure of the Ferdinandea bed is made of fir slats, with footboard in poplar plywood. A soft layer of polyurethane foam wraps its four sides. The coating is completed with a Pelle Frau® upholstery and delicate matching tone-on-tone stitching. The Ferdinandea bed is available in a double height, with feet of 13cm or 24cm. The 13cm version can be customized with different foot silhouettes and materials: cylindrical, in the classic version in black painted aluminum, or upholstered in leather, molded in steel with a gunmetal finish, or in solid ash wood stained mocha. The 24cm version, on the other hand, is made with standard cylindrical feet in black painted aluminum. The Ferdinandea bed comes with a Vespero bedstead, included in the price, which allows the stiffness in the lower back area to be adjusted and features a highly absorbent shoulder area. The Ferdinandea bed can be combined with a coordinated soft headboard upholstered in leather, an epitome of the excellent craftsmanship that identifies all Poltrona Frau products and guarantees maximum comfort. The headboard is available in two versions, with either a vertical or horizontal geometric design, and tone-on-tone padding stitching. The Ferdinandea bed is available in sizes suitable for King size mattresses, 193x203, 170x200cm, 140x200cm or 90x200cm.

 

The Ferdinandea headboard features a birch plywood frame coated with a layer of polyurethane foam and polyester wadding and upholstered in Pelle Frau®, with delicate matching tone-on-tone stitching that makes up a geometric pattern available in two variations: horizontal or vertical. The back of the Ferdinandea headboard is covered in black canvas and can be anchored to the wall using a bayonet fastening system made of matte black painted metal. Designed to be combined in complete freedom with the different Ferdinandea bed variations, the headboard is available in different lengths:

193x203cm King Size bed → 243cm headboard

170x200cm bed → 211cm headboard

140x200cm bed → 179cm headboard

90x200cm bed → 113cm headboard
