Ombra di Caravaggio

ombra di caravaggio maps

Ombra di Caravaggio is a natural brecciated carbonate lithotype, distinguished by an extremely fine grain and an intense color palette that combines deep brown tones with warm hazelnut veining and red-pink accents. The background, predominantly dark gray, creates an elegant contrast with the veining, generating a rich and dynamic visual effect.

Quarried in the Zlatibor region in Serbia, this material stands out for its strong aesthetic identity and for its ability to enhance high-end surfaces, while maintaining a high visual uniformity thanks to the natural balance of the veining. The presence of red veins contributes to defining the distinctive character of the stone. Ombra di Caravaggio is particularly appreciated in contemporary interior design projects for its ability to combine chromatic depth, elegance, and high technical performance.
