Scarlett | Round sofa

Jean-Marie Massaud

The Scarlett sofa is surrounded by a burnished and brushed steel ring that supports a system of saddle-leather belts. The series of belts creates a structure that acts as both an armrest and backrest, an elegant grid that accommodates the goose down and polyurethane foam padded seat. Goose down is also used for the backrest cushions, which are freely decorated with square and rectangular loose cushions. All of the cushions are upholstered in fabric or Pelle Frau® leather. The seat frame is made of seasoned beechwood. Scarlett has eight one-way castors, making it possible to rotate the sofa 360°.

Concept and Design

With its original circular form, with its welcoming and generous spaces, Scarlett seduces and captivates, always stealing the scene. Scarlett is a sofa, chaise-lounge, nest and refuge, the heart of every domestic environment. A project well-suited to Jean-Marie Massaud, who loves combining architectural geometries with full, soft volumes.
