West Palm Beach Villa

Overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway in the heart of West Palm Beach, the private residence at 6315 S Flagler Drive offers an original interpretation of contemporary high-end living. Located at the easternmost point of South Flagler Drive, the property features a private dock with direct bay access and panoramic views of Palm Beach Island, enjoying a privileged setting immersed in Florida’s coastal landscape and natural light. Designed by Affiniti Architects, with interiors by Hilary Musser Homes, the villa was conceived from a vision entirely inspired by the excellence of Italian design, where architecture, premium materials, and craftsmanship come together in perfect balance.

Poltrona Frau contributed to the project with both custom-made and standard solutions throughout every area of the villa. The design includes a broad selection of the brand’s iconic pieces, interpreting each space through a sophisticated, cohesive, and highly distinctive design language. Spanning more than 1,270 square meters across three levels, the villa includes an entire floor dedicated to the sleeping quarters, featuring a primary suite composed of a bedroom, reading and relaxation area, spa, two bathrooms, and two walk-in closets.

The primary bedroom is designed around the Volare bed, whose style harmoniously complements the Squash armchair and pouf in the relaxation area. Extending over more than 200 square meters, the suite concludes with a cozy reading corner furnished with Don'do rocking chairs placed on a custom Sahrai rug. The rug’s pattern evokes the shades of a small wave gently breaking on the shoreline, transitioning from deep blue to sandy tones. The generously sized walk-in closets are furnished with the DressCove Night System, Dante Bonuccelli’s modular wardrobe and walk-in closet system, completed by the Brera bench. Custom solutions were developed to integrate a floor safe in one area and a steam ironing system in another. A second bedroom features the Stock’n Roll bedside table and the DU55 armchair. The remaining five bedrooms each enjoy a private bathroom and walk-in closet, all custom-designed and crafted by Poltrona Frau.

The ground floor includes two multifunctional rooms with a bathroom for service staff, bringing the villa’s total number of bathrooms to nine. Entertainment amenities include, in addition to the swimming pool and bar, a cinema room on the second floor designed by Poltrona Frau and furnished with Pillow Cinema seats and side tables. The wellness offering is completed by a waterfront gym and expansive panoramic terraces designed to enhance the continuous dialogue between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.

The ground floor is one of the areas where Poltrona Frau best expresses its ability to integrate custom furnishings, tailor-made for the space, with iconic collection pieces. In the living area, the sofa and coffee table from the DUO Collection, created in collaboration with Ceccotti Collezioni, interact with the iconic Archibald armchair to create a dramatic yet welcoming environment where comfort, elegance, and refinement coexist in perfect harmony.

The kitchen area, the true heart of the home, was designed and crafted by Poltrona Frau as a prestigious culinary experience space. Conceived as an independent volume inserted into the living area, it defines a unified environment characterized by strong aesthetic continuity while maintaining a clear functional distinction between spaces.

Two doors seamlessly integrated into the back wall of the main kitchen lead to the chef’s kitchen, entirely crafted in stainless steel and designed for the operational aspects of food preparation. Special attention was devoted to the selection and combination of materials in the two kitchens designed and built by Poltrona Frau, where burnished brass, Pelle Frau® leather, and natural walnut veneer combine in a sophisticated and timeless palette. Fior di Pesco marble serves as the unifying thread throughout the project, connecting backsplashes, worktops, the kitchen table surface, vertical cladding, and the backdrops of the coffee and bar areas in a harmonious and refined composition.

To complete the custom kitchen project, Poltrona Frau selected some of its most iconic furnishings, including Ginger chairs, the Othello table, Archibald stools, and Xi lamps, creating a space that combines conviviality, material research, and bespoke craftsmanship.

The dining area features Archibald Dining Chairs, the large limited-edition Infinitamente table, and a custom composition of 19 Soffi lamps, elements that help define an elegant and contemporary atmosphere. Standing out against the backdrop of the monumental dining room, overlooking the bay, is a walk-in refrigerated wine cellar designed by Poltrona Frau, capable of accommodating more than 2,000 bottles of wine in various formats along with a valuable collection of glassware. Crafted in the most authentic Poltrona Frau style, the wine cellar is distinguished by a refined balance of materials that softens its technical character: maple inserts, Pelle Frau®-covered shelves, and shaped leather pockets designed to display and enhance prestigious wine labels transform this functional space into an environment of remarkable elegance and sophistication.

The outdoor spaces also reflect the interior design language through the presence of the Mirabell collection, part of Poltrona Frau’s Outdoor Boundless Living Collection, featuring sofas and coffee tables dedicated to outdoor lounge areas, together with Solaria seating and teables designed to create a seamless connection between outdoor living, the villa’s architecture, and the oceanfront landscape.

A private study adjacent to the entrance gallery has been furnished with Dezza 24 armchairs, the Fiorile table, the Archibald Task executive chair, and the Jobs desk, creating a space dedicated to work and reading where comfort, elegance, and functionality coexist harmoniously.

The 6315 S Flagler Drive residence project confirms Poltrona Frau’s ability to integrate seamlessly into some of the world’s most prestigious residential settings, contributing to the creation of exclusive environments through a design culture that combines Italian craftsmanship, material excellence, and contemporary sensibility.
