Luciano Pagani & Angelo Perversi

Architects since 1976, in the mid 1980s, they founded an associated studio dealing with architecture, design, light and art direction. In interior architecture, they developed the Repubblica offices (Rome), the offices of Corriere della Sera (Milan and Rome), the offices of Hewlett-Packard (Stezzano - Bergamo) and the wellness centre Down Town in Milan (materials, lights and colours). In design, they have collaborated, and indeed continue to work with various prestigious companies of the sector, including: Flos, Fontarte, Zanotta, Unifor and Poltrona Frau. Awards received include: Hook System bookcases (Compasso d’Oro 1987) for Joint, the office tables and storage units Move and Flipper (IF Hannover 1996 and Compasso d’Oro 1998) for Unifor, Grall lamps (selection Compasso d’Oro 1991) for Flos; Alas light (IF Hannover 1999) for Regiolux-Lichtwerk GmbH.
 
More recent design products include the sofa, armchair, bed and accessory system 'Eos' for Poltrona Frau, the office furniture system Wed for A-trend of Abbondinterni, the light ‘Pax’ for Fontanarte and the lights Gladis, Trixy and Tegò for Luxit. They began teaching at the Politecnico di Milano University in 2000. Recently, they have been working in the field of interior design, including the restoration of the Banca Leonardo in Milan.
