The supporting structure of the THF chair is in solid beech wood with MDF panels. Padding in fire-resistant non-deforming polyurethane. Upholstery in Pelle Frau® leather or fabric. THF is available with one-way front castors and swivel or one-way rear castors, or with slides. Optional: fastening system and foldaway writing table.

Concept and Design

The THF chair, designed by Tito Agnoli, combines a comfortable seat with compact size and clean lines so it can be used as both a single seat and in a row.

Tito Agnoli

Born in Lima (Peru) in 1931, he graduated in architecture in Milan. He works mainly as an industrial designer. He was an assistant to Ponti and De Carlo at the Faculty of Architecture in Milan and taught at the Istituto d’Arte in Lissone. He has been nominated twice for the Compasso d’Oro award and was awarded the gold medal at Neocon in Chicago. He started working with Poltrona Frau in 1974, designing models that have been very successful commercially.
