Originally designed by Studio Gregotti associati for the Teatro degli Arcimboldi in Milan, the clean lines of the Ascolto armchair are associated with an ergonomic design that guarantees optimal comfort and support.
Specifications: Upholstered in fabric, the Ascolto armchair is composed of a solid steel frame padded with fire-resistant polyurethane foam.
The spring system consists of woven elastic belts. The armchair has an elegant wooden backrest and its silent counterweight system ensures the automatic retraction of the seat. The armchair sits on a steel base that is fixed to the floor and finished with black epoxy powder paint.
Variants: Different upholstery materials can be chosen from a range of comfortable and resistant fabrics or sustainably sourced leathers. A wooden panel, perforated if necessary, can be applied to the bottom of the seat for acoustic purposes. The side of the Ascolto armchair can be equipped with a discrete foldaway writing table. The chair is also available with different bases or floor fixing systems.
