Poltrona Frau Opens a New Monobrand Store in Vancouver

20 October 2026

Poltrona Frau strengthens its presence in North America with a new monobrand store in Vancouver, developed in partnership with Habitat. The space celebrates design and the excellence of Italian craftsmanship, offering an immersive interpretation of contemporary living.

Located at 466 Howe Street, the store spans 195 square meters, with 180 square meters dedicated to Poltrona Frau and 15 to Ceccotti Collezioni. The interiors explore the different dimensions of the home, from living and dining areas to the bedroom and home office, through compositions that bring together heritage icons and contemporary design. The Vanity Fair armchair, a symbol of the brand’s legacy, is presented alongside the contemporary Archibald armchair, while furniture and accessories create inviting settings centered on comfort and conviviality.

The Material Library, featuring Pelle Frau® Leather and fabric samples, invites visitors to explore textures and finishes, opening up a range of possible combinations. The journey continues into the area dedicated to Ceccotti Collezioni, where expertise in solid wood craftsmanship complements Poltrona Frau’s longstanding tradition of leatherworking.

As part of the opening celebrations, Poltrona Frau presented the Making Masterpieces experience, featuring a live demonstration by an Italian master artisan. Guests had the opportunity to discover the techniques and skilled handwork that the company has preserved and passed down since 1912, gaining a closer appreciation of the expertise and artistry behind Italian craftsmanship.

With this new opening, Poltrona Frau and Habitat create a new destination in Vancouver for architects, designers, and design enthusiasts, where design culture and artisanal expertise come together in a vision of living that bridges tradition and contemporary expression.
