The distinctive touch is an elegant label crafted in Pelle Frau® ColorSphere®, a symbol of Italian artisanal excellence.

This partnership marks a new chapter in the longstanding collaboration between Poltrona Frau and Feudi di San Gregorio, which began in 2004 with the creation of some custom furnishings for the winery, designed by the renowned Lella and Massimo Vignelli. Once again, three Italian excellences come together: Poltrona Frau’s craftsmanship, the timeless design of the Vignellis, and Feudi di San Gregorio’s winemaking artistry, giving birth to an exclusive work of art.

To celebrate the launch of the DUBL bottle, a Classic Method sparkling wine crafted from native Campanian grapes, the 2016 vintage was selected: a wine aged for over eight years on the lees and made from Greco grapes, a varietal esteemed since Roman times and today considered one of Italy's finest.

The label, in red Pelle Frau® ColorSphere® leather, is handcrafted by repurposing production offcuts. Each label is applied by hand, with the same artisanal care that distinguishes both the leatherworking process and the wine’s long aging.

Available from October 2024 in the finest wine shops and on the winery website, this exclusive bottle will be sold in a limited edition of just 2,000 pieces. Presented in an elegant commemorative box, complete with a brochure detailing the story of this collaboration, it is a true collector’s item for connoisseurs of fine wine and design excellence.
