Poltrona Frau celebrates two new international achievements: the victory of the Leplì chair at the 2025 Archiproducts Design Awards, and a special recognition for being among the five most awarded companies in the ten-year history of the Archiproducts contest.

The Archiproducts Design Awards are among the most prestigious honors in the international design scene. Promoted by Archiproducts—one of the leading global platforms dedicated to architecture and design—they have, since 2016, celebrated the most innovative and significant projects each year, selected by a jury of world-renowned architects, designers, and creative professionals.

This year, the Leplì chair, designed by Kensaku Oshiro, was recognized for its perfect balance between elegance and comfort. Its harmonious proportions, sculptural and feminine shapes, and use of refined materials impressed the jury, once again confirming Poltrona Frau’s ability to reinterpret the tradition of contemporary furniture design with a uniquely refined aesthetic sensibility.

On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the Archiproducts Design Awards, Poltrona Frau was also honored with a special recognition as one of the five companies, out of more than 1,500 participants, that have received the highest number of product awards over the past decade. This milestone celebrates the brand’s consistent contribution to elevating international design. The award was accepted by Nicola Coropulis, CEO of Poltrona Frau, as a testament to the company’s ongoing commitment to promoting Italian craftsmanship excellence around the world.

Over the years, numerous Poltrona Frau creations have been honored at the Archiproducts Design Awards, confirming the brand’s continuous evolution and its ability to anticipate contemporary living trends: Ming’s Heart (2016), Lloyd (2016), Let it Be (2017), Isadora (2018), Coupè (2019), Kyoto (2020), Mi (2021), Plot (2021), Archibald Limited Edition Pantone (2022), DUO Lounge (2023), Bay Lounge (2023), Squash (2024), Parka (2024), and now Leplì (2025).
